TATUATGES DESCARTATS /TATUAJES DESCARTADOS / TATOOS

La Geles em va demanar un tatuatge floral i li vaig proposar aquests. Ara, però, estic treballant en una línia diferent de tatuatges.

Geles me pidió un tatuaje floral i le propuse estos. Ahora, sin embargo, estoy trabajando en una línia diferente de tatuajes.

PLOU A MANRESA / LLUEVE EN MANRESA / IT'S RAINING IN THE CITY

Plou i fa sol, les bruixes es pentinen; plou i fa sol; les bruixes porten dol.
Plou i fa sol, les bruixes es pentinen; plou i fa sol, les bruixes fan un ou.

PINTURA I RECEPTA / PINTURA Y RECETA / PICTURE AND RECIPE

RECETA CREMA DE LIMÓN

Ingredientes (para 4-5 personas)
1 limón (grande)
5 yogures
¼ bote leche condensada

Se ralla el limón y se exprime el zumo. Las ralladuras y el zumo tienen que reposar 8 h (si hace calor se deja en la nevera). Pasado ese tiempo se cuela el zumo y se añade los cinco yogures con la leche condensada. Se pasa el turmix a la mezcla y se rectifica de leche condensada si se cree necesario. Et voilà!, ya lo tenemos. Se mete en la nevera para servirlo frío.

RECEPTA CREMA DE LLIMONA

Ingredients (per 4-5 persones)
1 llimona
5 iogurts
¼ pot llet condensada

Es ratlla la llimona i s’exprimeix el suc. Les ratlladures i el suc han de reposar 8 h (si fa calor es deixa al frigorífic). Passat aquest temps es cola el suc i s’afegeix els cinc iogurts amb la llet condensada. Es passa el turmix a la barreja i es rectifica de llet condensada si es creu necessari. Et voilà!, ja ho tenim. Es fica al frigorífic per a servir-ho fred.

LEMON CUSTARD RECIPE

Ingredients (for 4-5 persons)

1 big lemon

5 plain yoghurts (250ml each one)

1/4 of a sweet and condensed milk tin

Grate the lemon and squeeze the juice out of it. Mix the grated peel and the juice and leave it to stand for 8h (keep it inside the fridge if it is warm outside). After that, pass the mixture through a strainer and mix the juice with the yoghurts and the sweet and condensed milk in a big mixing bowl. Beat it with an electric blender and add more condensed milk if necessary, according to taste. Et voila! You've done it! Put it inside the fridge and serve it very cold.
